1. Service Scope
Cabin provides discovery tools for hotels and short-term stays. Cabin is not a booking merchant and does not process payment for accommodations in the current release.
2. Supplier Content and Attribution
Property information, images, ratings, and availability are supplied by third-party providers. Listings retain source attribution and may be removed or updated based on supplier policy and availability.
3. Booking and Redirects
Booking is completed on third-party websites after redirect. Cabin does not control supplier checkout flows, pricing changes after redirect, cancellations, or refund policies. Supplier-specific restrictions and cancellation terms should be reviewed before purchase on the checkout provider's website.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to abuse the service, reverse engineer protected systems, scrape supplier content through Cabin, or interfere with normal platform operation.
5. Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cabin Inc. disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of third-party listings or websites.
